Heather

Heather heads up Compleat Conference, and loves building the long term relationships the company enjoys with many clients. She relishes the challenge of ensuring it all comes together on the day.

She is also a full member of the ABPCO (Association of British Professional Conference Organisers)

Away from work, her big loves are her family and friends, wildlife of any kind and seeing as much of the world as possible – distant and on her doorstep.

Lisa

Since graduating in 2012 with a BA (Hons) Event Management degree, Lisa has gained a wealth of experience in pre-event logistics, administrative tasks and onsite operations. As Conference Organiser at Compleat Conference she is responsible for conferences and exhibitions of all sizes for numerous key clients.

She thrives on ensuring event success and meeting client expectations.

She is passionate about discovering the world having travelled for six months in South America, New Zealand, Australia and Asia. She also enjoys getting out into the countryside and is a keen dancer.

Cheryl

As Office Manager, Cheryl is responsible for maintaining the service levels and organisation within the office. Her desire to be involved in most aspects of the business and develop operations and procedures means her “sleeves are permanently rolled up”. She is also heavily involved in supporting both the events team and the Charity and Association Memberships.

Besides possessing a talent for plate spinning, Cheryl’s wonderful sense of humour is a great stress buster for the team.

Nadine blue

Nadine

Nadine joined the Compleat team with over 17 years’ experience in customer care and administration. Her motivation comes from trying and finding new or better ways of doing things. Nadine loves to multi task and has a “can do” approach to work ….. her philosophy is work hard and play hard.

With a large family, Nadine’s spare time can best be described as an Enid Blyton Adventure Story…. the children, dogs, exploring the river banks or beaches and “dirty knees”

Roy

In January 2014 Roy retired from his position as a Sales Director in publishing and now supports Compleat on a part time basis. Mainly involved with invoicing and finance he also loves the opportunity to be front of house and engage with delegates at conferences and events.

Still actively playing tennis, Roy also enjoys watching most sports, listening to music and gardening.

Marketing and Events Work Placement

This position will give you a broad insight into marketing and event management and an opportunity to get involved in every aspect of the marketing of both the business and our client’s events as well as extensive event management.
